Exa, Firecrawl, PostHog, Playwright and Composio. Plug them into Claude and it uses real tools: it searches the web, reads any site, finds where you lose customers, clicks through websites and works in 1,000+ apps.
Each connector is made by its own company: Exa, Firecrawl, PostHog, Microsoft and Composio. I'm not affiliated with them. What's mine is the setup guide below, the one-link install file and the tests: on 23 Oct 2026 I added all five to a clean Claude Code 2.1.309 by pasting one link.
On your phone? Claude Code runs on a computer. Open federicodonatone.com/connect there, or .
A connector plugs Claude into a real tool, so it can do the job instead of describing it. All five are free to start. In Claude Code three work right away with no account, and PostHog and Composio ask you to sign in the first time, because they open your own data.
Claude searches the web and reads pages through Exa: you ask in plain words and get ready-to-use results with their links.
Free No account and no key: free, with rate limits. Sign in to Exa later if you hit them.
Claude reads any page as clean text or HTML, takes a screenshot, and pulls the site's brand kit: logo, colors and fonts.
Free No account and no key: search, scrape and parse, within daily limits. A free account adds 1,000 credits every month, no card.
Claude reads your PostHog data: the funnel step where people drop off, your top errors with the full stack trace, then the fix. It can also run feature flags and A/B tests.
Free The connector is free. PostHog's free plan, no card, covers 1 million events, 5,000 session recordings and 100,000 tracked errors a month.
Claude drives a real browser: it opens pages, clicks, types, fills forms, picks from menus and uploads files. It works on any website, even an old tool with no API.
Free Open source (Apache-2.0) from Microsoft. It runs on your computer and needs Node.js 18 or newer.
One connector that opens 1,000+ apps to Claude, including Gmail, Slack, Notion, GitHub, Linear and HubSpot. The first time Claude needs an app, Composio gives you a sign-in link. After that the connection stays.
Free Free Hobby plan, no credit card: 100,000 tool calls a month.

An old-style order screen with no API, on my computer: it read the page, filled the order number, the status and a note, then clicked Save. Headless browser, Playwright MCP 0.0.83.
They need your own account: PostHog reads the data it already collects on your site or app, and Composio asks you to approve each app. Their docs show funnels and errors with the full stack trace for PostHog, and Gmail, Slack, Notion, GitHub, Linear and HubSpot among Composio's 1,000+ apps.
How I tested it. On 23 Oct 2026, in a clean copy of Claude Code 2.1.309 with an empty home folder, I pasted only the link. Claude read the file, showed the five commands and asked first. After my yes it ran them, and claude mcp list showed all five: exa, firecrawl and playwright Connected, posthog and composio Needs authentication (the sign-in comes on first use). A new session loaded all five. I ran that test twice on this same file: 2 of 2 passed. It ran with permissions pre-approved: in a normal session Claude also asks you before each command. I didn't sign in to PostHog or Composio in the test.
