They're called Impeccable, Taste and Emil Kowalski's skills. I gave Claude Code the same prompt twice. A design checker found 27 problems on the page it made alone, and 3 on the page it made with the three skills installed.

Drag the line to compare. The prompt asked for a landing page for a family pizza place in Brooklyn. Real screenshots, first screen of each page.

27 problems, down to 3
Two clean setups, the same prompt, the same Claude Code. One had no skills, the other had the three. Then Impeccable's free checker counted the problems on each page. Each square is one problem it found.

I count only what the checker calls problems. It also lists tips that never count: 2 on the first page and 4 on the second. Opened as live pages in Chrome, the same checker found 19 problems and 0. On a second prompt, a hotel website, it found 25 and 6.
What you get
Three skills, three jobs
A skill is a set of instructions that Claude reads when the task needs it. These three are free and open source. Together they have 240,960 stars on GitHub.
1 · the checker
Impeccable
Spots what makes a page look made by AI, and fixes it.
It knows 62 tells of AI design: Inter for everything, purple-to-blue gradients, cards inside cards, gray text on colored backgrounds. 24 commands, like critique, audit and polish.
15 skills with his rules for motion and detail: the right curve, the right speed, and when not to animate at all. He built them from his years at Vercel and Linear.
Built from a study of 247 curated websites. It picks a design direction, finds real photos in open archives and credits them, then checks the page in a real browser at three widths.
My second test: a website for Casa Lucia, an imaginary 12-room hotel in Positano. Claude chose Taste on its own. Taste picked a split layout, put a 1903 postcard of Positano on the first screen, and checked the page at three widths before it stopped.
1440 px768 px390 px
Checked in Chrome at 1440, 768 and 390 pixels wide, with screenshots.
Scored itself 7.9 out of 10, then fixed its top three problems.
A live line: the time in Positano and the minutes to sunset.
10 real photos and 1 film, each one credited on the page.
16 minutes from the prompt to the finished page.
25 problems for Claude alone on the same prompt, 6 with the skills.

What they won't do
Honest limits
They take longer. With the skills, Claude worked 23 minutes on the pizza page. Alone, 3 minutes. Taste's own guide says a build takes 30 to 45 minutes.
They use more of your Claude plan. Taste's guide says a build uses a few hundred thousand tokens.
Claude chose only Taste on its own. In my tests the other two were installed, but Claude did not call them. You can call each one by name.
The photos belong to other people. Taste finds them in open archives and credits them. For a real business, use your own.
A checker is not a designer. Fewer problems is a good sign. Impeccable's own guide calls a clean result evidence, and it does not prove the page is good.
One run per prompt. I tested in Claude Code on a Mac, once per page. Your results will differ.
