The 5 prompts I'd run first

In this order. I ran each one on 22 Oct 2026 with my own details, in that clean Claude Code. Under each prompt: what came back, copied word for word. Swap the [brackets] for yours.

Unlock the niche scan

ig-audience-insights scans a hashtag for the Reels traveling right now (likes, comments, account), ranks them against the size of each account and names the hook and format behind the winners. It reads live data through Apify. Without Apify it runs the same analysis on posts you paste: that's how I tested it, on 20 real Reels from my niche, with the account names removed: views, likes, length, age in days and the first line of each caption.

Honest limits

• It doesn't post. Every draft waits for your OK, and you post it in the Instagram app. To publish from Claude you'd connect Publora (free signup and an API key), with an Instagram Business or Creator account.
• It doesn't make the image or the video. Instagram needs media on every post: the skills write the words and the plan.
• Hashtag sizes are estimates. Instagram doesn't give the skill post counts, so it sizes each tag by how specific it is. It tells you so, and asks you to search each tag in the app before posting.
• The niche scan can't see who liked or commented. Instagram hides that on other accounts. It reads how posts perform and public profile stats.
• It can't open a Reel from its link. Instagram has no read by URL, so for a hook breakdown you paste the caption.
• The humanizer doesn't promise to beat AI detectors. It removes what human readers notice.
• Your numbers stay yours. Where a result should go, it leaves a placeholder and asks for the real one: it did that in my test.
